About the trip
Looking for a unique way to practice yoga? Join us for SUP Yoga, where we combine the benefits of traditional yoga with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard. As you move through each pose, your core and stabilizer muscles will activate to help you maintain your balance on the water. With regular practice, you'll see improvements in your balance and overall fitness. We'll find a serene spot on beautiful Predil Lake for our SUP Yoga class, and afterward, we'll paddle around the lake and take in the stunning scenery. It's an unforgettable experience that you won't want to miss.

We will start our SUP Yoga adventure by meeting at our base in the center of Bovec, where we will introduce ourselves over a cup of coffee. After our introduction, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment needed for the experience. Then, we'll board our comfortable van and head north towards the stunning Predil lake. During our journey through the beautiful natural surroundings, we will discuss yoga practices and the benefits of meditation.
Upon arrival at the lake, we will set up our Stand-up paddleboards and give you a brief lesson on paddling techniques. Once you feel comfortable on the board, we'll paddle across the crystal-clear lake to a secluded bay, perfect for our yoga practice. Our experienced instructor, Petra, will adjust the difficulty level according to your previous yoga/SUP experience to ensure you get the most out of the session. Besides the benefits of traditional yoga, you'll experience the added challenge of training your core and stabilizer muscles while keeping your balance on the floating board.
After our yoga session, we'll take our time to explore the peaceful lake before heading back to the van and returning to Bovec. This SUP Yoga adventure is not only a great workout, but it's also a fantastic way to connect with nature and calm your mind.
